Photography Package
A selection of high-quality photographs taken throughout the AJMX Championship event. Imagery will include a variety of action photos and static shots (eg. start line etc). If you have any special requests, just let us know on the order form and we will try to make it happen!
All images will be provided as large-format JPG files, digitally cleaned up and watermark free. Unless requested otherwise, images will be cropped for optimised social media use.
Within 5 business days after the event you will be sent the images ready to download in FHD via Instagram. Alternatively a link to the images will be emailed upon request.
Each Photography Package will typically include 20+ images for riders competing in the full 5-day program
EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION - Need photos to post at the end of each day? No problem - add the EXPRESS DELIVERY option when ordering and we’ll send through 3 selected images to you at the end of each race day. The rest of your images will then be sent through within 5 business days as per above.
Video Edit package includes:
A 45-90 second* video reel edit consisting of footage taken at the AJMX Championship event
For the finished edit, you may choose from the following two format options -
A music-video style edit, consisting of riding footage highlights to the soundtrack of your choice - OR
An interview style edit, consisting of a rider interview overlaid with riding footage
Once your video is ready for viewing, you will sent a link to the finished reel, ready to download via Instagram or email
- DELIVERY TIME: The first 10 orders received for video edits (inc. combined packages) will be sent the link within 5 business days after the event. Subsequent orders received will be sent the link within 10 business days after the event.
Unless requested otherwise, the finished video reel will be provided in vertical 16:9 format and 1080p resolution, for optimised social media use.

* Anticipated number of photos and/or video clip length of each package is based on fair weather conditions and rider participation in a full racing schedule. Final number of photos / video clip length may vary subject to prevailing weather conditions, individual rider track time etc.

For riders who order one of our photo packages, select the “ADD ON - AJMX Souvenir Poster” from the drop down menu and we’ll create for you a personalised souvenir poster featuring five images of you taken during the event. Not only that, we’ll get 20 copies printed up in A3 size and posted out to you within 30 days !
